Escrow Deposit
The Escrow Deposit, often referred to as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Binder Deposit, is simply a deposit made by the buyer that is held in escrow by an impartial 3rd party until certain conditions have been met and the transfer of property can occur. These conditions are set forth in the contract/purchase agreement signed by all parties, buyers and sellers.

We accept Escrow Deposits via Wire Transfer or Check.

Please be aware that escrow deposits are time-sensitive and must be received by the deadline set forth in your purchase contract. ​​ It is your responsibility to confirm the required delivery date with your real estate agent or by reviewing your contract to ensure timely receipt of funds.
Wire Transfer
Each banh bank has its own procedures for initiating a wire. We recommend contacting your bank directly to confirm how and when they process outgoing wire transfers, as we are unable to initiate or schedule the wire on your behalf.

Once you are ready, our wiring instructions can be provided to you directly upon request. For security purposes, wiring instructions are never posted publicly.


Check Deposit
We also accept escrow deposits by personal check or cashier's check, made payable to:
