Thomas C. Santoro Title Services, LLC has deep roots in our community and a long-standing reputation built on trust, relationships, and doing things the right way.
For decades, many of you knew our office as Thomas C. Santoro, P.A., where attorney Tom Santoro personally handled closings alongside a small, dedicated team who believed in saving clients time, money, and unnecessary stress. Business was built the old-fashioned way — by word of mouth, strong relationships, and treating people like neighbors, not numbers.
In 2022, Tom made the well-earned decision to retire from the active practice of law. At that time, the business was proudly passed on to Trina Larsen, who has been the backbone of the real estate closing side of the operation for many years. With that transition, the company became Thomas C. Santoro Title Services, LLC, allowing us to continue what we do best: real estate title and closing services.​

While we proudly retain the Santoro name in recognition of its legacy and reputation, Thomas C. Santoro Title Services, LLC is a title company, not a law firm. This means:

Tom Santoro maintains his law license in good standing and continues to independently provide limited legal services (such as estate planning and deed preparation) from our office on a part-time basis. His legal practice is separate from Thomas C. Santoro Title Services, LLC.
